We have two Wasabi stem Powder: Freeze-Dried Wasabi Powder and Spray-Dried Wasabi Powder. According to meet more needs,Fresh Petioles has been used in Wasabi Powder too.
Our Freeze Dried Wasabi Powder is made from freshly harvested Wasabi rhizomes only. The powder is freeze-dried onsite to lock in all of the special heat and flavour of the rhizome. We vacuum package the Wasabi powder to protect the powder and increase it shelf-life.100% wasabi powder is made without fillers, green food dyes, horseradish or mustard.
About the flavor, Freeze-Dried Wasabi Powde is more than Spray-Dried Wasabi Powder, and Fresh –Stem is more than Fresh Petioles, so Freeze-Dried Wasabi stem Powder is the best flavor.
